When you play a video game, do you hear the soundtrack? Visit The Discovery on Saturday, May 18 and hear the Reno Video Game Symphony perform songs from your favorite games live! Local herpetological expert Dave Boland is bringing a variety of local scaly friends to The Discovery. In this class you'll learn about indigenous species, and capture/field study techniques and the rules that apply. There'll also be a special surprise guest! Visit The Discovery on the third Wednesday of the month at 9:00am, for a special morning set aside just for the museum's youngest visitors. Climb play and explore, one hour before the museum opens to everyone! This Month's Theme:
Metamorphosis—Use watercolors to decorate a coffee filter which will become the wings of a colorful butterfly. Note: Small Wonder Wednesdays are reserved for families with children age 5 and under. Older siblings may join at 10:00am. Time: 9:00am
